To help streamline our event registration for merchants, we’ve created a single form for all remaining events in 2023. Here is a rundown of the events and how you can participate:

• Happy Halloweenie (October 26 from 6-9p) A new dog-focused event featuring a dog costume contest on the Plaza and hourly dog walks. Merchants can reserve a spot on the Plaza for interactive activities or be added to the treat map!
• Scare in the Square: (October 31st from 5:30-8p) Our annual holiday event. Merchants can participate by signing up to hand out candy at their store during trick-or-treat hours and will be added to the map for families. Space is also available on the Fountain Square Plaza for organizations and groups wanting to host hands-on activities
• Movie Nights: are hosted once per month and we are looking for thematic programming around the movie. Booth space is available for merchants with items for sale or interactive space as long as it fits the theme.
  • September 29th at 7:30p: Toy Story with a throwback theme to your childhood
  • October 14th at 7p: Galaxy Quest
  • November 11th at 5p: Scott Pilgrim vs The World with a comic book and video game theme
• Small Business Saturday: (November 24th) our largest retail focused event that utilizes a passport to encourage visitors to shop your location. Merchants can sign up to be added to the passport and must donate an item for the prize pack to participate.
• 12 Days of Christmas (December 12 – 23th) This year we are looking to market the 12 days prior to Christmas with holiday events in the area. If you have something you are hosting that you would like us to promote, add your name and a general idea of your event. Some examples might include craft classes, special music acts, caroling, holiday special menus or sales.
