To help streamline our event registration for merchants, we’ve created a single form for all remaining events in 2024. Here is a rundown of the events and how you can participate:

• Swifties in the Square: (October 28 – November 2) Let us know if you’re hosting a Swift-themed event to be included in our marketing. Want to host something but don’t know what? Let us know and we’ll help you plan! (DUE DATE 10/14)
• Scare in the Square: (October 31st from 4:30-7p) Our annual holiday event. Merchants can participate by signing up to hand out candy at their store during trick-or-treat hours and will be added to the map for families. Space is also available on the Fountain Square Plaza for organizations and groups wanting to host hands-on activities (DUE DATE: Monday 10/28)
• Small Business Saturday: (November 30th) our largest retail focused event that utilizes a passport to encourage visitors to shop your location. Merchants can sign up to be added to the passport and must donate an item for the prize pack to participate. DUE DATE: Friday 11/8
