Art Squared includes four unique art events on one day:

Art Fair | Masterpiece in a Day | Block Party | Art Parade

Art Fair is a festival marketplace for local artists to showcase their creative talents and display items for purchase. Vendor space is strictly reserved for local, Indiana-based artists and creators.

Masterpiece in a Day is a day-long art competition, where locals, professional artists, students, neighbors, and friends create works of art to be judged for cash prizes. It’s free to participate and open to the public – just bring your favorite supplies and start creating. This year’s event is sponsored by Sam’s Silver Circle and will be hosted at Square Cat Vinyl. The top 10 pieces can be viewed in The Murphy Arts Center for October’s First Friday on October 6th. 

The Block Party, located in the parking lot behind Turchetti’s Delicatessen, is where we celebrate arts of all types through live performances, food and beverages. Food will be provided by Sam’s Silver Circle and Turchetti’s Delicatessen. Live music will run from 12-6P featuring headliner Beatty and the Bayonets. Talent is managed by Indy Independent Entertainment.  

Art Parade is a living art show through the festival grounds and promises to be the funkiest thing in town!  This year’s theme is decades and participating groups will showcase their best eras in a walking art show. The parade begins at 1p.
