A Cup of Chai is small chai/coffee shop that will operate seven days a week. We will serve a variety of chai and coffee beverages, including traditional and specialty chai blends, espresso drinks, and pour-over coffee. We will also offer a small selection of baked goods, such as samosas, muffins, scones, and cookies, sourced from local bakeries.

Our shop will have a warm and inviting atmosphere, with comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi, and a small selection of books and magazines for customers to enjoy. A merchandise section to buy chai blends, kettles and more. We will also have a small outdoor seating area for customers who prefer to enjoy their beverages outside.
